Sterling Carman serves as Curecrete’s Chief Production Officer. He first began his journey at Curecrete in 2006 as a warehouse assistant, filling drums of Ashford Formula. Following a service mission and additional professional pursuits, Sterling gained valuable leadership experience across multiple industries and fields, including manufacturing, logistics, and corporate human resources.
Rejoining the Curecrete team in January 2021, Sterling oversees domestic and international manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, production planning, manufacturing KPIs, and warehouse safety, working in close coordination with the Operations team.
Sterling holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from BYU–Idaho and plans to pursue an MBA. Sterling is married to Bailee, and together they have three wonderful children. In his spare time, Sterling enjoys spending time with family, studying history and geopolitics, and sport shooting.
